Capacity for Change offer the opportunity to Bundle & save when you book multiple training sessions together!

You can book a combination of our Foundational & Comprehensive sessions, which not only provides a more in-depth training opportunity for staff but it allows you to save over 10% on the total cost. This provides 6 hours of professional development to staff for only $350 per person!

Please note, to bundle & save the sessions must be booked in the same day.

  • Everyone! Capacity for Change has created standardised training sessions that provide the opportunity for all staff to engage in family & domestic violence training. We understand that different staff have different responsibilities, so we have created training options that meet the needs of everyone from junior staff to executive level. If you’re not sure which training is most suitable, please reach out and we can assist you.

  • Please get in touch! If you’re not sure which training is best suited, or you have a specific training request please reach out. Capacity for Change can work with you to design a training package that meets your needs.

  • We can provide training both onsite (at your chosen location/workplace) or via an online platform. However, we recommend onsite training to support individual learning needs, connection to the content and post-session support.

    *Please note, for onsite training outside of Victoria additional fees will apply. Please advise of this in your booking request so we can provide you with an all-inclusive quote.

  • For an optimal adult learning environment, we keep participant numbers to a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 30 each session.

  • Absolutely! We want to support everyone to participate in training so flexible payment options are available.

    We request that a 10% deposit be made at the time of booking confirmation, then payments can be made over three instalments. We require payment be made in full 24-hours prior to the commencement of the training.

  • Unfortunately not! For in-person training, provision of an appropriate venue/office is the responsibility of the workplace, as is any catering/refreshments.

  • Absolutely! Our passion is family & domestic violence training but we also have other knowledge and experience we can bring to your workplace. We can provide workshops and/or consultation in the following:

    • Group or Individual Supervision

    • Policy, Procedure and Workplace Tool Development
