Capacity for Change has created standardised training that supports every employee and equips them to fulfil their role in creating a safer workplace free from violence. Capacity for Change can support you to identify the most appropriate training package for individual staff members.

Capacity for Change can provide additional offerings such as;

We can provide training both onsite (at your chosen location/workplace) or via an online platform. However, we recommend onsite training to support individual learning needs, connection to the content and post-session support.
*Please note, for training onsite (Victoria-wide) this will incur an additional flat fee of $30 per person to cover any transport and/or accommodation needs of the trainers.
For training onsite (outside of Victoria) an additional travel fee will be incurred. -
For an optimal adult learning environment, we aim to keep participant numbers to a maximum of 20 individuals per session. This ensures that all participants have an opportunity to engage with the training material, ask questions and achieve the desired learning outcomes.
*Please note, multiple training sessions can be scheduled (over the same or multiple days) during business hours to ensure staff members can participate in training.

Yes, for a truly engaging, impactful and interactive training we aim for a minimum of 5 individuals per session.

No, the workplace is expected to cover any costs associated with the onsite location of in person training sessions and the associated catering needs.
